There’s so much going on in our lives calling out for our attention and energy. So, Nena's Organics and @Justbeeewell Spiritual Wellbeeeing Experiences joined forces to curate an intimate organically-creative "wellbeeeing" experience, to share with other like-hearted women.

We invite you to reset , refresh, and reignite your creative expression with us, first, through an intentional soap making ritual workshop by @NenasOrganics. Learn to create a plant-based soap bar charged with your personal intentions, to later use for spiritual baths, showers and cleansings. Intentional Organic Soap Making can be used as a form of relaxation and self-care. This fun and rewarding activity allows you to explore your creativity and self-expression.

We'll then transition to the Just Beee Sound Bath Experience which includes: intention setting and journaling, and a cozy sound bath meditation, as your Spiritual Soap sets.

New to Sound Bath Meditation?

A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems.

A sound bath is a sound healing experience that allows your body to be submerged in sacred sounds that help relax the body and induce meditation to help align your mind, body, and soul, as it activates your body’s natural healing systems. Typically, a greater sense of clarity, focus, relaxation, and peace are expressed after a sound bath.

Experience a sound healing spiritual wellness session (including: Frosted crystal bowls tuned at 432hz, gong, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, and rain stick.)

We'll be meeting in the sacred space of @nenas_organics, Suite 280, inside the @baldwinhillscrenshaw mall.

Things to consider bringing: All things are optional: Galentine themed or colored cute comfy cozy attire, yoga mat, beach style towel, blanket, loungewear or workout apparel (layers are recommended), socks, eye cover, journal, pen, and things that bring comfort.
