The evening's menu will feature a unique selection of dishes that reflect Chef Oli’s diverse culinary journey—ranging from his childhood in Hawai’i to his travels across Central America.Expect flavors inspired by his upbringing, highlighting the diverse culinary influences of the San Francisco Bay Area, and featuring locally sourced ingredients.

This one-of-a-kind dinner will be a special opportunity to experience the fusion of flavors from Chef Oli’s island BBQ roots, his culinary creativity, and his deep respect for local traditions. It’s not just a meal—it’s a story told through food.

**About Chef Olivier Tomas**  

Chef Olivier Tomas was raised in Hawai’i, where he developed a lifelong passion for slow-cooked, over-the-fire meals. BBQ became a cornerstone of his culinary identity. Later, as a teenager in North Beach, San Francisco, he honed his skills working in various restaurants, eventually founding *Island Bay Cocina*—a pop-up catering operation known for its Island BBQ Fusion with a Bay Area twist and Latin influence.  

Island Bay Cocina has gained a reputation for bringing bold flavors to the Bay Area through events like *R&B and Ribs* and *Bahiana Social Club*.
