The Integrated Path to Trauma Healing: A Compassionate, Parts-Informed Approach to Trauma Treatment
Description:
This experiential 5-hour workshop introduces clinicians to The Integrated Path to Trauma Healing, an emerging trauma treatment framework developed by Dr. Frank Anderson. Rooted in attachment theory, neuroscience, parts work, memory processing and somatic innovations. This model helps clinicians understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, relationships, identity, and protective adaptations.
Participants will learn how to recognize trauma responses and develop practical innovations through an integrative lens for working with extreme reactions, emotional wounds, shame, dissociation, and relational injury. Through lecture, experiential exercises, case examples, and guided embodiment practices, clinicians will deepen their ability to create safety, foster self-compassion, and support healing in trauma survivors.
This workshop emphasizes a compassionate approach that honors the adaptive wisdom of survival strategies while helping clients be more empowered as they move toward integration, resilience, and connection.
