A French/Moroccan fusion menu @ Mémé Mediterranean

Chef Jacob Cohen named his restaurant after his mother—known as "Mémé" (French Moroccan for "Grandma"). When the Cohen family emigrated from Morocco to Israel, they brought with them their flair for hospitality and good food. Jacob’s menu is influenced by his mother, training in France and New York experience as the former chef of Fiorello's. At Mémé Mediterranean, Chef Jacob creates a culinary trip around the region using fresh ingredients and spices shipped directly from his mother, who still lives in Israel.
