A Fireside Chat with the Chief Marketing Officer of Wayfair, Paul Toms

Paul Toms oversees Wayfair’s global marketing strategy and
organization, responsible for growing awareness, activations,
revenue, and loyalty for all commercial offerings. In Paul’s 15+
year Wayfair career, he has worked in a number of capacities
in Wayfair’s Commercial organization, leading pricing, supplier
experience, business intelligence, and specialty retail brands.
He ran marketing for Joss & Main and was a leader in the
founding of Perigold. Previously, Paul led Wayfair’s Talent
teams, experience, and culture as Chief People Officer.

Since 2018, Paul is proud to hold the position of executive
sponsor for WayBlack, Wayfair’s employee resource group for
employees who identify as Black or of the African diaspora.
Paul holds a B.A. in economics from Boston University.
