Homemade Winter vegetable soup, with a crusty bread roll and butter
Melon fan- with raspberry coulis and an orange slice
Main course
Traditional turkey or Quorn dinner with seasonal vegetables, stuffing and pigs in blankets
Salmon fillet with Hollandaise sauce and seasonal vegetables
Roast pork loin, with vegetables, stuffing and meat gravy
Desserts
Christmas pudding with cream, ice cream or brandy sauce
Christmas tree ice cream served with a strawberry fan and chocolate sauce
Prosecco sorbet and strawberries, with chocolate sauce
