About this Event
// about \\
we're in a loneliness epidemic of historic proportions: 1 in 10 of us report having zero close friends. community has been - and remains - the antidote to what ails us emotionally, physically + psychologically.
yet belonging to one that feels aligned + sustaining engagement, can feel hard AF.
in this session, we'll review what community is + is not + what healthy expressions of it look like.
you'll identify what role you want it to play in your life, then use the tools being offered, to map a plan to building more connection into your lived experience.
this session will feature the work of David Jay, Paul Eastwick PhD, Robin Dunbar + more.
// more from the feels \\
