HIC SUNT MONSTRA NON PLUS ULTRAFor a decade, the Sleep of Monsters has produced unreason to the best of our abilities, singing of strange things, running off cliffs with poodles biting our legs, and, for the most part, loved it.
However, as each light must eventually be extinguished, each voice muted, we have decided to take our leave while there’s still somebody awake at the party.
We want to thank you, our dear faniliars, for the support you’ve blessed us with. We never made a penny out of this adventure, but you’ve made it all worthwhile. We urge you to keep on drawing down the moon, staring at the sun, running off cliffs with poodles biting your legs, or whatever it is that floats your boat through the cosmic waters. You’re a special bunch.
Who knows, maybe we’ll meet again some sunny day.
You’re all cordially invited to the Wake, as the Sleep of Monsters will play their farewell show at On the Rocks, Helsinki, on June 1, 2024.
