A Family Reunion at Jaguar Bolera
Jaguar Bolera’s Executive Chef Manny Barella is reuniting with friends from Bravo’s Top Chef Season 21 on Wednesday 6/26 to make a special dinner at Jaguar Raleigh.
Top Chef Season 21 Cheftestants Savannah Miller, Dan Jacobs, Soo Ahn, and Kevin D’Andrea will be joining Manny in the Jaguar Bolera kitchen and at the exclusive after party.
Guests will be treated to a family-style, 5-course menu, as each chef serves a dish of their choosing with a Mexican accent, inspired by Chef Manny’s Jaguar Bolera menu which combines flavors of the American South with Mexican cuisine.
Tickets are $189/per person and include the seated 5-course dinner starting at 6pm, $40 in credit to be used at Jaguar’s self-pour tap walls, and an After Party with Chef Manny and his Top Chef friends who will hang out, play games, sing in the karaoke room and enjoy the post-dinner soiree until 10pm.
Can’t make it to dinner? Join us for the After Party only, from 8 - 10pm. After-party tickets are $75/person and include light passed bites, $40 in drink wall credit, games, and opportunities to meet and hang out with Manny and his Top Chef friends.

Soo: Soo's course TBD shortly!
Savannah: Softshell prawn, gochugaru chile broth, sourdough bolillo
Dan: Pork belly, grilled romaine, pipian rojo, black lentils, cilantro
Manny: Smoked brisket barbacoa, ayocote morado beans, blue corn tortillas
Kevin: Warm praline, chocolate mousse, Mexican vanilla ice cream, crumble a la fleur de sel, bitter chocolate tuille
