About this Event
APSS staff and students with a passion for crime fiction are invited to an informal lunch with the crime writer, Ann Cleeves. Ann is the author of the VERA and SHETLAND crime series, and she is visiting LJMU as part of the Smithdown Road Literary Festival of which the Research Institute for Literature and Cultural History is a partner. Further information about Ann and her work can be found on Ann Cleeves.com
While in Liverpool Ann will visit Hilbre Island and will give a talk to the Merseyside community on Friday evening. This staff/student lunch is an informal way in which to meet one of Britain’s leading crime writers, to chat and ask Ann questions about her work.
For purposes of catering, please indicate below whether you have any special food needs or allergies. We will confirm the venue for attendees closer to the date. Any questions regarding the session should be referred to Leon Ramsey on [email protected]
