Join Theresa Connnolly, owner of Zen Shine, for this interactive experience on how to work with Crystals. Crystals are a group of minerals. Very simply, they’re beautiful, semi-rare stones — some are clear and some have bright colors. The idea is that crystals interact with the body’s energy field, creating balance and alignment. Crystals are believed to effect our vibrational energy. The idea is that crystals can redirect and re-channel energy flow with their unique energetic vibrations, helping to unblock areas of the body or energy fields that have become “stuck.”
So, if you are curious about the healing properties of crystals; open to exploring crystals and how they can benefit you; have experience with them or do not have a clue, this is the workshop !! We will learn all about them, through live demos and Theresa's insight.
Bring your Crystals if you have any, your questions, your notebook and pen and get ready to dive right in! Theresa specializes in working with Crystals that serve YOUR best and highest good. Let's learn together and have some fun along with way! No experience with crystals or knowledge of crystals is necessary. We are here to learn all about Crystal communication together.
