DVI Community Sit with Pamela Freeman
In Person AND Online
Please join our sangha for this gathering, led by DVI co-founder Pamela Freeman. Pamela will guide us in meditation, followed by a check-in and group sharing. We'll end with a period of socializing over snacks and beverages.
This is a wonderful opportunity to practice with other members of our DVI community, deepening connections in our sangha.
This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators — all are welcome.

Teacher bio:
Pamela is a co-founder of Delaware Valley Insight. She is a graduate of the Community Dharma Leaders program and Dedicated Practitioners Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Pamela was a board member of Insight Meditation Society, where she continues to serve on IMS's diversity committee. As board chair of DVI, she is committed to community building and bringing excellent meditation teachers to the Delaware Valley area so more local individuals can have access to Buddhist teachings.
