On Thursday, September 19th, The Sovereign will feature a special allotment of wild beers from Dovetail Brewery’s spontaneous ales program! On this night, we’ll pour a total of 7 Belgian-inspired sour beers from this renowned brewery from Chicago, Illinois!Don’t miss your chance to try this rare lineup of beers -- including Fraise (conditioned with strawberries), Kriek (conditioned with cherries), and Quetsche (conditioned with plums).
There is no admission fee for this event. All featured beers will be available a la carte.
