A Dinner with Dawn

I'm excited to share the vivid flavors of my childhood growing up in the mountains of North Carolina. Things that I grew up eating, that I still eat today, and that bring me a strong sense of place whenever I enjoy them. Each dish has a delicious history for me, which I'll explain a bit more on the night. Please join me for an evening of good eating! Here's what's on the fixed menu for the night:

Amuse : Pimento Cheese on Saltine Cracker, paired with Sweet Tea & Lemon

Salad: Pea and Asparagus salad with Deviled Egg (Allergens: nuts, eggs)

Main: Roasted BBQ Chicken, Black Eyed Peas, Cornbread with Honey Butter (Allergens: soy)

Dessert: Blackberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue. No Alcoholic drinks will be available.
