Step back in time to Victorian London! Join us at RPL Main on Saturday, November 29th, for a cozy, festive Dickens Holiday Celebration, coinciding with Stroll on State. The 3rd floor & The Terrace at RPL will be transformed into a scene from A Christmas Carol, blending literary charm with local holiday cheer.What to Expect:
Meet Dickens Characters: Characters like Scrooge and Tiny Tim, brought to life by costumed staff and volunteers (thanks to a local theatre group!). They'll be mingling throughout the event for photos and conversation.
The 20-Foot Tree Magic: Get your perfect holiday portrait by our spectacular 20-foot Christmas tree. Don't forget to enter our photo contest by using the hashtag #RPLJoySpot for a chance to win prizes!
Festive Fun: Enjoy strolling carolers, brief dramatic readings from Dickens's classics, warm holiday treats, and a cozy Victorian crafts station for the little ones. and a cozy Victorian crafts station for the little ones.
