This June, Defined Training is turning the gym inside out to celebrate Pride Month with a purpose.
We’re teaming up with The OUT Foundation for a high-octane, 11-station race through the heart of Boystown — proving that as a community, we are truly Stronger Together.
Teams of 2 > 11 Stations > 1 Goal - You and your partner will navigate a “Hub and Spoke” gauntlet — alternating between high-intensity WODs inside the gym and Checkpoint Runs to iconic LGBTQ+ landmarks within a mile of our front door.
- Teams of 2: Open to all — partner with whoever makes you feel strongest.
- Waterfall Starts: Teams will be assigned specific heat times to keep the energy high and the sidewalks clear.
- The Finish: A high-energy finish line back at Defined Training.
ALL ARE WELCOMED: We have a lane for every athlete, ally, and neighbor.
-> ELITE: For the teams who want to redline. Heavier loads, higher skill movements, and a competitive “Strong First” atmosphere.
-> SCALED: All the intensity with modified movements and weights. Perfect for those who want a serious challenge with accessible scales.
-> SOCIAL: All about the vibes! Focus on the community, the landmarks, and the fun. Perfect for those who want to move with friends and celebrate the neighborhood.
-> SUGGESTED DONATION: $25 PER PERSON
