Deeper Dance

In these monthly sessions we will explore through the dance simple tangible practices, develop skills and gather tools for to enable a Deeeper Dance experience. Together using the movement and the 5Rhythms map to awaken the body's wisdom and natural intelligence to be remembered. Practicing together within a safe conciously co-created container and group gives the dancer space and time to embody these tools and integrate them so they are available to draw on anytme in any dance space.

This series will be offered as one off drop in sessions with an arc throughout all five, and every session welcomes all levels of experience and ability.

Dance is the metaphor for more fully embodied and creatively expressed lives.
