Info: This 2-hour workshop will guide you through the four main emotions—anger, sadness, fear, and joy—followed by integration and reflection through journaling and connection with others. Ash will provide practical somatic tools to help you move through emotional and energetic blocks, releasing what’s stuck and creating space for healing and growth in your life. We’ll also explore partner mirror work, bringing in play, joy, and connection, helping you reconnect with yourself and others in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re feeling stuck emotionally, energetically, or in life, these tools will help you move forward with clarity and ease.

Info: Free time to explore, unwind, and reconnect—phone-free! You can go down to the lake, lounge in a hammock, sit by the fire, take a nap, journal, or simply be in nature. Connect with others or enjoy quiet solitude—whatever you need to recoup and recharge, this is your own personal adventure.
