Identify the experiences and milestones you want to bring to life.
✨ Vision Boards + Prayer Boards
Craft visual and spiritual anchors to support your intentions.
✨ Bucket List Creation
Write one intention or goal for each month and place it into your personal “bucket.”
→ Buckets, paper, and pens will be provided.
✨ Action & Accountability
Each month, you’ll choose one intention to focus on and take aligned action to bring it into reality.

🧺 What You Need to Know & Bring
• Dress in loose, comfy clothing
• Bring a journal + pen
• Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering (optional), or anything to help create a cozy space
• Avoid eating for at least 30 minutes before breathwork
• Arrive by 9:45 AM CST to set up your intentional space
• Come with an open mind, an open heart, and readiness to receive.
