Touch can vary from energetic (no touch) to whatever degree you negotiate for any activity. For some activities, touch is highly recommended-you may pause or stop anything at any time or you can step side and be a loving witness :)

Please bring...

🦚 Comfortable clothing for movement

🦚 Bring a meditation cushion and blankets as you wish

🦚 Bring a water bottle, lunch, snacks as desired

Since we will be here 9am to 5pm, we will have a lunch break!

Note there isn't cutlery nor a microwave

There is a cafe in the building that has food available or bring your own lunch.

There will be light snacks and tea provided :)
