About this Event
What if our wholeness was never lost—only waiting for us to return? I believe we come here to break so that we may break open—to remember that everything we seek has been within us all along.
Rooted in mindfulness, community, and movement, this Day of Remembering is an invitation to reclaim the truth that we are already whole. It will be an alchemy of stillness and rhythm, quiet and jubilance, personal practice and communal liberation.
Here’s how the day will flow :
10:00-10:30 – Arrival & Settling In
10:30-10:45 – Short Grounding Practice
10:45-11:00 – Gratitude & Community Agreements
11:00-11:30 – Building Our Altar
11:30-12:15 – Meditation & Talk
12:15-1:30 – Lunch
1:30-1:45 – Dance Flow (House Music)
1:45-2:15 – Q&A & Community Sharing
2:15-2:45 – Closing Our Circle
2:45-3:00 – Dance & Free Flow
This agenda is more of a compass than a directive—spaciousness has its own medicine, and I will honor what arises.
If you feel called, please bring a sacred object to place on our altar.
Hard times require furious dancing. So, move your body, celebrate your power, and be supported by this magical blend of tenderness, strength, and connection. Let’s get free—one breath at a time. Let’s make this A Day to Remember.
Tickets are $35-$55 sliding scale with NOTAFLOF. This event is in-person only
Orlando White is a healer, mindfulness teacher, and the founder of Overflow. He believes that no journey is more sacred than the one we take back home to ourselves—Overflow is his love letter to that pilgrimage.
Rooted in mindfulness and authenticity, Orlando’s work is a call to remembrance: a journey back to wholeness. He believes that everything we seek is already within us. At the core of his mission is the power of We/Us/Our—the belief that the most meaningful change happens when we come together and build a future rooted in justice, love, and belonging.
With over a decade of mindfulness practice, Orlando’s teaching is a guiding light on our personal and collective journey home. He creates spaces for us to remember that the only validation we need is our breath. Through his teachings, retreats, and guided meditations, he invites us to return—to ourselves, to each other, and to the wholeness that has always been ours.
