Join us for the first of a series of refuge sessions. A Day of Refuge is a thoughtfully curated experience dedicated to building community, connection, and remembering the sacred within ourselves and each other. Inspired by the strengthand the gifts of the ancestors, this gathering offers a place to simply be…to cultivate safety, intimacy, and the joy that is our birthright.

Your guides for this exeperience are:
Myesha, MSW is an entrepreneur and embodiment practitioner and educator. She is driven by a deep devotion to be well and to support and inspire others on their journeys. She is here to create spaces for people to feel, to remember, and to Embody Liberation. Certified as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner, her work invites us into the depths of our being where we access our vulnerability, wisdom and strength to move energy in a fully embodied and present way. She brings her passion for somatic healing and illuminates ways to utilize our bodies, plants and nature to support our individual and collective embodied transformation and liberation.
Myesha enjoys attending music festivals, hiking among the redwoods, biking along the coastline, creating scent-based healing products, foraging mushrooms and being in the garden or on the farm. She embodies wonder, curiosity and joy in all that she does and is enjoying utilizing her passions to curate sacred healing spaces for people to connect, embrace all parts of themselves, and activate their inner magic.
