A Day of Play - lululemon One Paseo

Join us for an afternoon of movement and fun as we celebrate World Mental Health Day at One Paseo! We’ll be hosting a series of exciting classes on the lawn, perfect for all fitness levels and designed to inspire and energize.

The event kicks off with a Pvolve class from 4-5 PM, offering a blend of low-impact, high-resistance exercises aimed at building strength and mobility. Following that, get your heart pumping with a Jazzercise dance class from 5-6 PM, a fun and upbeat way to move your body to the rhythm of great music. To wind down, join our easy stretch class from 6-6:30 PM, where we’ll focus on flexibility and relaxation, helping you cool down and reset.

As the day comes to a close, lace up your sneakers for a walk/run scavenger hunt bingo! Meet us back at the store for a fun and rewarding finish, with prizes and a celebratory atmosphere.

Participants are welcome to sign up for individual classes or join us for the entire day of activities. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, enjoy light movement, or simply have fun with friends and the community, this day has something for everyone!
