About this Event
Join studio member and potter Kate Butler for a day of clay. Three slots throughout the day, each offering an overview of a different fundamental hand-building technique.
WORKSHOP TIMINGS:
10am-12pm [PINCH]
12:30-2:30pm [SLAB]
2:30-4:30pm [COIL]
Book your spot on the workshop of your choice. If you'd like to stick around for multiple workshops throughout the day, just get in touch ([email protected]) and we'll send you a discount code. £12.50 for one workshop. £22.50 for two workshops. £31 for all three workshops.
Firing costs not included in ticket price. Let the clay lead the way and if you like where it takes you, we'll fire it and glaze it for you for an additional £5.
Knowledge Required
• Beginner - This session is for ages 16+ only.

Handbuilding, sculpting, textures.

What to bring
• Relaxed clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. Bring your own apron if you have one.
Transport
• We are within a short walk from Stockport train and bus station. Parking is available at the Merseyway Shopping Centre NCP.
Refunds and Booking Terms
• Workshop and course bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 days before the scheduled start date. As the workshop fees part support the work we do for as a non-for-profit, and because materials and equipment are ordered in advance, we regret that refunds cannot be offered less than 7 days before the workshop date.
• Unfortunately we cannot offer part refunds if you miss a session or are unable to attend!
