As the days grow shorter and the air crisper, we invite you to step into a space where you can nurture your body and soul through movement, compassion, and meaningful connection. “A Dance of Compassion” is an evening designed to help you embrace the softness within, and expand that warmth to others.In this unique event, we blend intuitive movement, authentic relating practices, and mindful self-compassion exercises to create a safe and welcoming community. You’ll experience how compassionate awareness—both toward yourself and those around you—can cultivate resilience, deepen relationships, and generate a sense of inner light during the darker season.
S.P.A.C.E. is the perfect place for you if you want to:
