About this Event
A Dance Dialogue on Action and Inaction by NUS Dance Synergy is a site-specific contemporary dance performance that delves into the subtle yet profound nuances that distinguish passivity from neutrality. Juxtaposing moments of powerful stillness with instances of bold expressiveness, dancers will embody various states of action and inaction, passivity and engagement.
Audience members will be encouraged to interact with performers at various points, adding a further dimension to this moving discourse on agency.
Due to the nature of a roving site-specific work, please come dressed comfortably as audience are expected to follow the dancers on a trail that includes steps.
The duration of this site-specific performance is 45 minutes.
