A culinary experience with Kids’ Chance of Hawai’i
Kids’ Chance of Hawaii (KCHI), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing post-secondary and trade school scholarships to the children of Hawai’i workers who have been catastrophically or fatally injured on the job.
Chefs Eric Pascual and Lanai Tabura * are teaming up with KCHI to bring an experience of ALOHA by providing a unique private culinary experience in support of Kids’ Chance of Hawai’i. Your support makes a significant impact on these students' lives and helps pave the way for their future success. Please join us as these chefs share a culinary journey of Hawaii’s food history and culture, one course at a time, while supporting KCHI’s mission.
Tickets are $250 each with a limit of 50 seats . Please reserve your ticket here on Eventbrite and an invoice will be sent for payment by check or Paypal. ( Paypal charges an additional service fee.)
Not able to join us on November 20th? Please consider making a donation to ensure our event raises #moremoneyformorekids. Donations can be made on our website www.kidschancehi.com or to one of our board members.

Today, Eric shares his grandfather's mastery for authentic cooking, preparing meals for large groups of people using local Hawaiian ingredients sourced from his backyard under the family’s bountiful 50 foot mango tree that was planted nearly 40 years ago. Growing up in a household with two working parents, something that began as a responsibility for Eric soon turned into a curiosity, which slowly developed into his hobby, and now, cooking is his favorite passion.
