Join the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education for the August 18th Critical Issues Forum, “A Conversation with Georgia's State School Superintendent Candidates.” A diverse panel of education stakeholders will probe Democratic and Republican State School Superintendent candidates for their stance on critical, education-related issues that will be facing the Georgia Department of Education in 2023.

Featured guests will include:

Alisha Thomas Searcy, Democratic Candidate;

State School Superintendent Richard Woods, (Incumbent) Republican Candidate;

And a number of other cross-sector leaders.

We hope you'll join us to learn more about the candidates and their top priorities to position Georgia as one of the best states in the nation for education.

Registration and networking will begin at 10:00 a.m.

The Forum will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m.

NOTE: Guests will be encouraged to wear masks and asked to leave one seat between themselves.
