About this Event

As quality of care continues to be a central topic in healthcare, health systems and leaders are continually asked to do more with less. Developing a comprehensive quality management system which integrates across the full system is key to not only improving access and quality of care, but compliance with regulations.

This learning event will provide both an overview of what a comprehensive quality management framework looks like as well as a panel of leaders giving their perspectives and experiences in implementing quality at all levels of a health system. The conversation will focus both on the theoretical application of developing a comprehensive quality system as well as real-world insights from the panelists.
