This one-of-a-kind event includes: ✨ A private visit with Santa (5-10 minutes)—a truly magical experience with a real-bearded Santa!🎅🏼
✨ Baking with Mrs. Claus—your children will love this 5-10 minute hands-on activity, and yes, they’ll leave with cookies!
✨ Personalized Reel and Photos—we’ll capture a professionally curated Reel of your family’s visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with iPhone-edited photos for you to share on social media.
✨ Explore Coal Creek Farm—After your 20-minute session, feel free to explore our scenic farm for additional family photos. While we’ll be providing photos of your time with Santa and Mrs. Claus, you’re welcome to bring your own photographer or take additional pictures of your family around our beautiful setting.
💵 Cost: $299 per family (includes all activities, photos, custom Reel, and access to the farm)

What to Expect ⬇️
🍪Your Session: 5-10 minutes with Santa and 5-10 minutes of baking with Mrs. Claus, for a total of 20 magical minutes.
📸Photos & Video: A curated Reel of your visit will be sent 7-9 days after the event, along with iPhone-edited photos.
🤳🏼Additional Family Photos: You’re welcome to explore Coal Creek Farm for more photos after your session. Please bring your own photographer if you’d like more images, as we will only be photographing the Santa and Mrs. Claus portion.
⚠️Important Policies:
Family Policy: These sessions are designed for immediate family members only and are ideal for four family members or fewer. If you have a special situation, such as five grandchildren in one family, please contact us directly—we’ll be happy to help find the best way to accommodate your family.
Cancellation Policy: While we cannot offer refunds, your session is transferable. You’re welcome to gift or sell your spot to another family, and if needed, we can assist by reaching out to our waitlist to help you find someone to take your place.
