Celebrate the holiday season with Hillhurst United Church at a special evening featuring a dramatic reading of Charles Dickens’ beloved A Christmas Carol. Follow Scrooge’s timeless journey toward redemption and community in a story that reflects our shared values of connection, generosity, and social justice.This event features former CBC journalist David Gray alongside Barb Higgins, Tim Tamashiro, Julie Van Rosendaal, and Jonathan Love. Each performer brings their voice and personality to life, creating an evening full of drama, humour, music, and heart.
Attending supports our mission to nurture a welcoming space where everyone belongs and helps strengthen community engagement. Donations are welcome, and contributions above $25 are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
