Emerald Theatre’s A Christmas Carol, co-produced by The Maple Valley Creative Arts Council, comes to the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center December 7 through December 14. The play remains true to the original Charles Dickens’ classic, published in 1843. It tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly old man who learns the value of generosity and kindness after being visited on Christmas Eve by the ghost of deceased partner, Marley, and three ghosts who embody the spirit of Christmas. A heart-warming tale for the whole family.
