All proceeds benefit NCT’s mission and support our summer production, to be announced at the end of the evening. 3-course meal plus included with your ticket! Our meal this year will be catered by Susan Perkins at Heart of County Catering.
Salad: leafy greens with pickled red onions, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, and croutons
Entree: Bourbon & brown sugar marinated beef roulade pinwheels w/spinach & provolone glaze AND sautéed chicken with a wine carrot, celery, onion and bacon sauce served with baby roasted potatoes and asparagus
All served with fresh dinner rolls
