A Chinese New Year Vision Board Workshop

We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation followed by a gentle sound bath, allowing the body and mind to settle and creating space for reflection. You’ll be guided through prompts inspired by the Year of the Snake, focusing on what you’re ready to let go of — old patterns, beliefs, or habits that no longer serve you.

From there, we’ll transition into the expansive energy of the Year of the Horse, which represents momentum, freedom, and forward movement. You’ll create a personal vision board using intentional prompts to clarify what you want to call in, how you want to feel, and where you’re ready to move with more confidence and purpose.

We’ll also take time to choose a word or theme for the year, anchoring your intentions in something simple and powerful you can return to throughout the months ahead.

The experience will close with a short integrative meditation and sound bath, helping you embody your intentions and leave feeling clear, grounded, and inspired.
