TUFF GUAC (ANTWERP) is Rafael Valles Hilario’s solo project. From Sixties bubblegum pop to sputtering garage rock ’n roll; Tuff Guac has you covered. The live band has been shredding its way through Europe since the release of ‘Green and Handsome’ in 2020 and a third record is already on its way. First single ‘I Want It Too’ gives you a taste of what’s about to come.
A collection of catchy songs with a vintage feel and a cheeky smell. All instruments on the album were played and recorded by Rafael in his analog studio in Antwerp.
CACTUS FOR BREAKFAST (Berlin)
Formed in 2023, the indie surf rock band Cactus for Breakfast hails from Berlin.
They include members from Germany, the US, and Indonesia, coalescing into a high-energy sound that is both gritty and melodic, leaving listeners humming for days.
In 2024, Cactus for Breakfast released their debut EP, "Horsemilk Hangover," which helped propel the band to secure more than 10 gigs. Their unique style, blending surf rhythms with shimmering riffs, has made waves in the indie-surf music scene. In 2025, the band is steadily building momentum. They’ve released five songs so far this year, with two more on the way, and have played festivals across Germany along with a recent gig in Nottingham;gradually growing their reach beyond the Berlin scene.
