Hi! Thank you for being here.
Our bodies are instruments. Music is one of the most powerful medicines there is. It is true magic in real life, especially when shared with others. When Spirit, breath, body, resonance, and togetherness unite, we create and interact with something much bigger than ourselves. After a long journey in rehabilitating my own voice and spirit, I want to now share everything that has been shared with me. Our voice is a tool for both internal and external systemic regulation and expression. This circle is a space where we can lift our hearts and voices to offer healing for both our self and for the collective. Fear not! I won't make you sing a solo! (Unless you want to!) We will be gently moving energies of self-judgement and fear of singing, letting sound lead us towards heart-centered courage.
