A Cena Da MIMO: Guided Wine Dinner & Prix Fixe Menu

Join the ICCC at MIMO for a delectable three-course menu paired with exquisite Italian wines, curated by owner Mike Sammons and Patrick Bayne of Vinatierri 1385 (Marchesi Antinori). Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines, regions, and traditions that shape Italy’s rich culinary culture.

With more than six centuries of winemaking heritage, the Antinori family remains one of the most influential names in Italian wine. This tasting offers an opportunity to explore wines that reflect the tradition, innovation, and quality that have defined the Antinori legacy for generations. At this event they have been thoughtfully paired with a specially tailored menu from MIMO that will transport you to Italy through taste.

Whether you are new to Italian wine or already a wine enthusiast, this guided dinner offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of Italy’s wines and cuisine while enjoying a curated menu designed to complement each selection.

Kindly note that the waitlist operates on a per-ticket basis. You must submit one waitlist entry for each ticket requested (e.g., two tickets = two waitlist entries). This ensures we can accurately allocate and release available tickets.

Parking Note: When arriving at MIMO please head through the Tlaquepaque Market Square gateway to find the restaurant on the left-hand side of the parking lot. Look for the building featuring their signature mockingbird. A map is included at the bottom of this description for ease of navigation.

Seating Note: This experience is designed as an intimate dining experience with limited seating to allow for conversation and guided tasting. Seating will be pre-arranged. If you are attending with friends but purchasing tickets separately, please indicate the names of the guests you would like to be seated with during registration so we can seat your group together. If you are attending individually you will be sat with other guests.

As this is a prix fixe menu designed specifically for the evening, we are only able to accommodate minor adjustments when possible and cannot guarantee substitutions or major changes to individual dishes. Cancellation Policy: Due to limited seating and the nature of this dining experience, tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the event, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another guest or provide credit toward a future program. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
