Greater Grace Temple is pleased to invite your members and community to join us on Saturday, September 26, from 3:00–4:30 PM, for a special free Community Career Development + Planning Workshop featuring author, career and leadership coach Ronnie Dickerson Stewart.
The event is part of the national book tour for Ronnie's new book, Work Life Remix: Keep What Works, Change What Doesn't, and Design a Life That Fits. Through this event, we're excited to help make meaningful career development resources available to Racine and the broader community.
Ronnie is a dually certified Career Management and Executive Leadership Development Coach with more than two decades of experience helping people navigate work, career growth, leadership, and change. Through her company, OhHeyCoach, she brings career navigation, self-management, and leadership development tools to organizations like Microsoft, Spotify, and Yahoo!, and to leaders from places like Google, Reddit, and Adobe.
On September 26, we're bringing access to those kinds of tools and coaching directly to our community—completely free of charge.
This won't be a presentation or book talk. It will be an interactive workshop experience where participants will have an opportunity to:
- Take stock of what's working—and what isn't—in their careers
- Consider what their current season of work requires
- Clarify their priorities
- Think intentionally about what comes next
- Begin developing a plan for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027
- Learn practical career navigation and Work Life Remix tools they can continue using beyond the event
PLUS: ASK A COACH
A special part of the afternoon will be a chance to "Ask A Coach" during Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to bring their real career and workplace questions and receive live coaching and perspective directly from Ronnie.
Those questions might be about getting promoted, navigating a layoff, making a career pivot, managing a difficult workplace situation, increasing visibility, negotiating, returning to the workforce, figuring out whether it's time to make a change, or simply deciding what's next.
Access to personalized career coaching isn't always readily available. We are excited to make this opportunity available to our community at no cost.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This workshop is for people across career stages and circumstances—from those who are employed and growing in their careers to those navigating change, considering a pivot, impacted by a layoff, re-entering the workforce, or simply thinking more intentionally about their next professional chapter.
No particular title, industry, or level of experience is required.
