Join Emmy Award-winning singer-songwriter Erick Baker for A Candlelight Christmas, an intimate evening of Christmas classics shared in the warm glow of candlelight.
Nestled in the picturesque mountains of Asheville, NC, The Barn at Honeysuckle Hill is an award-winning, family-owned Asheville venue that offers authentic Southern warmth on a 9-acre scenic estate. It features an iconic red barn, a historic chapel perfect for an intimate acoustic Christmas concert, and a picturesque landscape complete with a serene pond, waterfall, and weeping willows.
Known for his powerful live performances and unmistakable voice, Baker is bringing the Candlelight Christmas Tour to a select run of intimate venues with one simple hope: to give people a chance to step away from the holiday rush and experience the joy, hope, and peace of the season.
"I've wanted to create a Christmas show like this for a long time," Baker says. "This is my first holiday tour, but more than that, it's a chance to create the kind of evening I think a lot of us need right now. The holidays have a way of moving too fast. My hope is that, for one night, we can slow down, set aside our stress and to-do lists, sing along to the songs we've grown up with, and simply enjoy the present moment."
A Knoxville, Tennessee native, Baker has spent nearly two decades building a career rooted in connection and heart, blending folk, rock, country, and soul into his signature Americana sound. He has shared the stage with John Legend, Brandi Carlile, Grace Potter, Heart, Gavin DeGraw, Chris Isaak, and the Goo Goo Dolls, and is often compared to Ray LaMontagne and Amos Lee. Fans have described his music as "emotional support music" and songs "you don't just listen to...you feel."
