• plus journalling, visualisation, and creative activities to nourish your spirit

You’ll leave with a bespoke Christmas Survival Kit, including:

• various breathing techniques to ease anxiety and clear mental clutter
• A personalised aromatherapy blend to support emotional balance
• A unique angel suprise.

As well as practical breathwork, the workshop will include journalling, visualisation and practical creative activities to prepare us for the coming Season.
