A Call to Action: Advocating for Black Birth and Wellness is a community conversation focused on empowering families, advocates, and healthcare partners with knowledge and resources to support healthier birth outcomes for Black mothers and babies.

Together, we will explore:

• The realities of Black maternal health disparities and community-driven solutions
• Essential tools such as the Patient’s Bill of Rights and birthing plans
• How to advocate for yourself and navigate healthcare systems during pregnancy
• The importance of mental health and postpartum support
• The role of doulas and support networks in improving birth experiences

Join us as we bring together healthcare professionals, community leaders, and advocates to share knowledge, strengthen support systems, and work toward safer, more equitable maternal health outcomes.
