The evening will start with a quick talk about the life and work of Wassily Kandinsky, who is generally credited as one of the pioneers of abstraction in western art.
We'll then move straight into a three piece live music session, courtesy of Iain and Mike Mellor (drums and guitar) and Katy Stringfellow, also on percussion.
Paint from your heart to the rhythms and let your inner expressionist reach for the stars!

Free to SMA members, visitors are welcome on the night for £5: please bring your own art supplies (and a mug if you'd like a free brew). We look forward to you joining us.
