What’s the split?
Saturday 2nd: Men open and masters including -90kg class and over.
Sunday 3rd: All teen men, all junior men and all women. Also, men open and masters up to and including -82.5kg class
Weigh in times (only need to weigh in 1 time):
One day prior to competing 10-11AM or 17-18PM
OR
On the morning of the day competing 8-9AM
Strength Therapy is a Northern Mecca of powerlifting that has witnessed 400kg+ deadlifts, 400kg+ squats and 400kg+ benches, up to date best UK raw totals in coefficient and hosted world’s top athletes from Mateusz Kieliszkowski to Ed Coan.
A truly unique place, ran by one of the most renowned and passionate strength coaches in UK: Andrzej Roszkowski.
Intense competition and limited space add to the atmosphere, but also make this a competition best suited for experienced lifters. That being said, every year first timers show up and they never regret it!
Great kit, a building that is a living testament to the pursuit of strength and a crew that has hosted more comps than you can shake a stick at.
Entries go live on 1st of August.
