24 hour weigh is DAY BEFORE YOU LIFT: 10AM to 11AM OR 4-5pm
If weighing in on the morning of your competiting, on the day weigh in is 8-8.30AM.

This extremely dedicated and enthusiastic crew runs a fun, invested meet with a bit of Geordie spirit and banter! Premier strength training facility in Newcastle area, Stag fitness is a place for true enthusiasts of the sport. No frills, no luxuries, but everything you need to get strong, coupled with a good atmosphere.
Beginner-friendly, medium sized meet to qualify you for 2025 Powerlifting Games, European Championships and British Championships!

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
Is your membership up to date? Remember – you will need a current 2024 membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through and you must produce your membership PDF on the day of weigh or you cannot compete regardless of who you are. You cannot buy it on the day of competition. You will be told to leave.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
