Start Time: 9am
Weigh in Times: For 24 hour weigh in 9am to 10am and 5-6pm. For on the day weigh in: 7-8am
After the success of the 2024 Push Pull Challenge, Steve is back to run this special competition again at Platform Gym.
As a collective of passionate and experienced lifters, the team at Platform Gym know how to run a meet. Steve on his own has 30 years of competing experience and wanted to run this meet to cater for the growing number of single lift specialists in the country.
You can enter bench only and deadlift only and all equipped lifters and very welcomed as well the RAW enthusiasts. The gym is a plethora of equipment and for those pushing the limits on bench, they have super experienced lifters spotting so all you have to do is think about your lifting and not worry about who is catch the bar which is a big deal in big lift bench only.
If you are wishing to do your first competition, this is very much the place to get your feet wet as the team also have particular interest in new lifters and fully understand the anxiety of entering your first meet. A very supportive environment whether experienced or new.

Remember – you will need a current 2025 membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships are immediate and sent by auto confirmation with your new membership number to the email address you input on the application form. Please check your spam folder.
If you do not have an autoreply in a few minutes, then please email [email protected] and you will be forwarded a copy. You CANNOT WEIGH IN without this email or printout of the PDF with your membership number on. SO please ensure you do this long before the competition.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
