Trick or Treaters can choose a BOOK instead of candy in the Meeting Room at the Lamond-Riggs/Lillian J. Huff Neighborhood Library! Dress up as your favorite book character or in your Halloween costume - the choice is yours! Children and Young Adults may select a free book while supplies last. Don't miss out on this exciting event filled with books - mark your calendars for Book or Treat Day! No candy, food or drink will be served.
