A BLACK HEART AND BAD DECISIONS is made up of chefs Chris Palmer and JP Jacyshyn. The concept started in a tiny flat in Paris. All we wanted was to cook food that we wanted to cook and fun with it, incorporating playful ingredients and food from our childhood steeped in nostalgia.
