A Birdwatcher's Journey:
Deb Stewart is an avid birdwatcher which has been her connection to nature and a gateway to learning more about the environment. After attending a lecture by Dr Doug Tallamy, she began to rethink how the choices of plants and other features can best benefit birds and pollinators.
Deb is a Member of Harford Bird Club 1992 to present; she was the past president and is the current secretary. She is a butterfly docent and advisory board member at Ladew Gardens. She is an UMES Watershed Steward and an UMES Master Gardener.
