the release of stagnant energy and emotional blockages. As one engages in intentional breathing techniques during the sound journey, the vibrations and frequencies of the sounds elevate the experience, creating a harmonious environment for introspection and healing. The cacao ceremony, with its heart-expanding qualities, further enhances this process by opening the heart chakra and allowing for a deeper connection to oneself and others.
The journey towards healing and connection of wholeness is guided by the pure intentions of betterment, grounding individuals in the essence of nature and the universe. No experience is required to do breathwork. It comes naturally.
A little bit about Cacao…. It promotes feelings of love, compassion, and unity, allowing us to release emotional blockages and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Many people experience heightened states of awareness and spiritual awakening during cacao ceremonies, where the sacred plant medicine is used to facilitate introspection and healing. If you have more questions about the benefits of cacao, please research and be amazed and comforted with this traditional ceremony.
*This breathwork does hold restrictions to those who experience epilepsy, who are pregnant, have severe medical conditions, and anyone who is on SSRI prescription medications. If you have sensitivities to caffeine or allergies to chocolate, please know the cacao ceremony is an elective. You can opt out of that piece. If you have any questions, consult a healthcare professional.
The meditation is done while laying down on yoga mats. If you have one, please bring it along with your favorite blanket and pillow for most comfort.
