A 2026 Construction Seminar Series: Building A Stronger Workforce

Construction is a tough industry—and our people carry heavy loads on and off the jobsite. This monthly seminar series tackles the real mental health challenges facing the trades, from substance use and recovery to stigma, peer support, and suicide prevention. Designed for owners, supervisors, and field leaders, these sessions offer practical tools, real conversations, and trusted resources to help build safer jobsites, healthier cultures, and stronger teams.

This is the kickoff of a four-part construction workforce seminar series created by the KCA Mental Health Awareness Task Force. Following this first session are:
